HOME SAFETY TIPS

KEEPING YOUR GUESTS SAFE IS A MAJOR PRIORITY

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS

  • Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors

Your property should have enough of these life-saving safety devices based on the size of your home. Offer something that little bit different by ensuring your detectors have flashing lights for those whose hearing is not the best.

  • Fire Extinguisher

These should be available in kitchens, close to any fireplaces or BBQ areas.

  • First Aid Kit

In case of emergency, you should have at least one fully stocked first aid kit and this should be checked after each rental.

  • Deadbolt Lock

Have a deadbolt fitted provide an additional layer of security.

  • Exterior Lighting

Install motion sensor lights outside your property to enhance security and help your clients find their way around after dark.
