Why isn’t my property appearing in the correct location on the map?
If your listing isn’t appearing where you expect it to, confirm that your listing has a verified location. You can find your location details by clicking Edit property then selecting the Location tab. For your listing to appear in the correct area on the map, we must have a verified address on file.
If your listing has a verified location, you can visit your listing’s map area to see where your property pin is located. If the pin is in the wrong area or not appearing at all, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
If your listing does not have a verified address, please contact Customer Support for assistance. Keep in mind, map searches are now based on the map pin instead of your advertising region. The map view will display all listings within a specific region.
