How do I edit a reservation?

In the course of your business operations, you may need to modify a traveller’s reservation. There are two ways you can edit a reservation.

Editing a reservation via your reservations list

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click on the appropriate property.
  3. Click on the left navigation menu to expand.
  4. Click Reservation Manager.
  5. Click Reservation list.
  6. Click the reservation you wish to edit.
  7. Click Edit next to the reservation status.
  8. Edit or add the information you wish.
  9. Click Save.

Editing a reservation via your calendar

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. If you have more than one listing, click on the one you want to edit.
  3. Click on the Calendar icon in the left navigation menu.
  4. Click Reservations.
  5. Click on the reservation in your Reservation List. This will take you to the Edit Reservation page.
  6. Edit or add the information as needed.
  7. Click Save.

Please note that a reservation can only be edited if the status is BookedReserved or Post StayCancelled or Timed out bookings and enquiries do not have the option to be edited.
