How do I decline a request or resend a quote with new dates?

Re-sending an updated quote with new dates

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the Inbox icon in the left navigation menu
  3. Click open the appropriate pending reservation request.
  4. Scroll down to the Quote section.
  5. Enter the new dates.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Reply & preapprove* or Reply with quote.

*The Reply and pre-approve option is only available if you have Payments enabled on your listing.

Decline a reservation request

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on the Inbox icon in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click open the appropriate pending reservation request.
  4. Under Select a template, Click Decline.
  5. Select a template to reply with or type a response.
  6. Select the reason for declining the request from the drop-down menu.
  7. Click Decline.

An email notification is sent to the traveller letting them know their reservation request has been declined.
